On 18 November, the WHO held a webinar on “implementing Patient Blood Management (PBM) to improve global health status”. It presented the WHO PBM Implementation Guidance with contributions from international experts, clinicians and policymakers. It featured an introduction to the PBM 8-Model framework and the speakers shared practical implementation strategies that were underlined with real-world examples.
