TIF published Second Edition of Guides for Haemoglobinopathy nurses and Thalassemia and SCD patients

In July, Thalassaemia International Federation (TIF) published updated versions of two of its guides. First, a second edition of its guide for Haemoglobinopathy nurses. It seeks to support nurses caring for individuals with Thalassaemia and Sickle Cell Disease around the globe and equip them with the tools to navigate the complexities of care for Haemoglobinopathies.

The second edition of “Know Your Rights: A Guide for People Living with Thalassaemia and Sickle Cell Disease (SCD)” is aimed at patients, caregivers, and families and wants to empower them by informing them of their healthcare and social rights.
