On 21 November, ERN-EuroBloodNet (European Reference Network on Rare Hematological Diseases) organised its sixth Progress Meeting online. The meeting aimed to further cooperation and to provide in-depth information on the ERN’s activities. It devoted attention to current activities of the reference network (including partnerships and action on rare diseases), such as EuroBloodNet’s production of clinical practice guidelines, and the meeting also focused on the improvement of care for rare haematological diseases, the fair pricing of new haematology medicines, and EuroBloodNet’s sponsoring of clinical trials and promotion of innovative therapies, among other topics.
